I've been making the most of my mornings lately...
With RUNNING! This out of shape, no history of consistent exercise, almost 30 year old woman has been R-U-N-N-I-N-G! In up to 5 minute intervals.
Thanks to the widely popular Couch-to-5k iPhone app, I've been run/walk-ing 3 days a week for 3 weeks, and I don't mind! Even more surprising is that I've been doing this in the early hours of the day, before work and without make-up. I've almost started to like it. The morning weather is lovely, it's nice knowing that I'm doing something good for my body, and I got to buy new shoes (please see below).
I plan on signing up for the Colorvibe 5k that's taking place near me in September! Yay for me :)
